PROPOSAL

Association for Private Accommodation Rentals My Solta Work Plan for 2015.

ORGANIZING ITS OFFICES AND BUSINESS PRACTICES

  • Organize existing documents and set up a temporary office at the President’s address
  • Find a solution for the work office of the Association on Solta
  • Establish working groups towards activities and membership requirements
  • Put together a Procedure Manual for the Association – find a template and adapt to the needs of the Association
  • Print memos and other materials for the Association
  • Financial management – introduction to the accounting processes
  • Administrative business – reports, statistics, etc.
  • Reconciliation with the new Law on Associations – to 31.10.2015. !

FINANCING AND PROJECTS

  • To charge for regular, existing and newly joined members – increase the membership by 100
  • Activate volunteer memberships
  • To create a price list for future advertisers, sponsors and donators
  • Project Catalog – Upgrade and improve the existing model, send to tenders, manufacture and distribute
  • Project Our Beautiful Courtyards (Nasi Lipi Dvori)
  • Compete in public calls and tenders to Solta Municipality, the Ministry of Tourism and the Croatian Tourist Board, the Tourist Board of Split-Dalmatia County, the National Union of Civil Society – EU funds, corporate contests and all other available sources.

GATHERING AND NETWORKING MEMBERSHIPS

  • Introduction of the Association and other forms of meetings with potential members
  • Introduction of the work and activities on the Association Website with membership invitations
  • Use personal and social contact to increase the membership
  • In every opportunity to promote the benefits of the Association
  • Develop a volunteer group
  • Network memberships amongst each other and with other contributors with business opportunities
  • Network with national and local institutions
  • Develop and produce a list of Accommodation Owners in cooperation with Solta Tourism Board
  • Set up an address book of regular members, newly joined members, volunteers, potential new members, partners, media, etc.

SUCCESS THROUGH EDUCATION

  • Personal resources – educators from their own ranks on practical subjects in the business sector
  • Cooperation with various Associations and Institutions – expert educators from education programs for 2015
  • Association Budenje – An ocean of possibilities, sponsors and supporters – Metro, Zagrebacka Banka, Digit Zadar, Globetour Event, Digital Content Creation and others

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY USED FOR MARKETING

  • Administration of Facebook website
  • Develop, create and administration of web pages
  • Spreading information to increase Memberhsip through the Internet – online payables/excel Membership Table
  • To maximize the use of online communication using it for increasing memberships

CONTRIBUTION TO IMPROVING QUALITY PROMOTION AND COOPERATION WITH ŠOLTA TZS PPS PROGRAMME CROATIA 365

  • Monitor the actions of the program Croatia 265 and critically analyze it
  • Provide personal proposals for destination and agency products of our PPS destinations
  • Exchange information and cooperate on joint projects with Solta Tourism Board
  • Accept and spread the idea of prolonging the season before and after
  • Accept and spread the idea that everyone in the area is affected by tourism and have benefits from it
  • Be the bearers of quality in the destination

This represents the work plan at the strategic level. Operational plans that will generate work plan for 2015, will be taken according to the needs and abilities in the regular meetings of the Association.
Work plans are to be performed immediately or no later than the start of the season:

  • Create a list of participants in the introduction, status of memberships and financial reporting
  • Create an e-mail list of potential advertisers and sponsors
  • Send Thank You cards for memberships, invitations and advertising offers
  • Collect ideas and content for Association catalog, advertisers and service information
  • Form a document of questions to the Community Utilities Basilia d.o.o and request for a meeting
  • Set up and create workgroups for specific projects and send these to various postings-!
